The most common thing we hear from our students is that the techniques we teach are simple, effective and they make sense. We discuss and simulate real life scenarios to help prepare you for what could be the fight of your life. Focus on what you are fighting for; not just yourself but your family, friends, pets and job! Even having practiced a handful of effective and useful escapes can give you the knowledge and confidence you need to survive a threatening situation with a high probability of success. This is one of the reasons why learning self-defence is such an empowering experience regardless of your age, size, strength or gender.
